
Chessy's vinyasa yoga classes are spiritually and joyfully inspired incorporating flow between gentle and challenging asanas synchronized with breath. Alignment cueing and hands on assists are integrated throughout class. This fusion allows for fluidity, deepening, strength, and relaxation within the body, mind and heart.
She brings a balance of effort & ease into her classes to foster a deep-felt sense of connection, peace and joy within to bring off of the mat and into the world.
Classes are multi-level.
She also offers private classes tailored to individualized needs.
Chessy's meditation instruction includes various traditions and modalities based on individualized/group needs. These meditations can lead to a state of mind that is peaceful and awakened to experience truth within. The longer one can remain in this state of mind, one can experience their true nature in day to day life in a calm, balanced and joyful way.
Chessy is also a breath coach. Individualized sessions that teach you breathing exercises to regulate the autonomic nervous system throughout the day.
